In the event that you can no longer join, we will keep £250 of your deposit if cancelled within 30 days of the event start date. If you cancel within 14 days and we are unable to fill your spot, we would need to keep the full amount.
In the case that the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund within 14 days (usually quicker) minus and bank charges or exchange fees.
